Refund / Exchange Policy
No refund only exchange: There is No refund for any product, only exchange is available.
Applicable term for exchange: We want you to be happy and confident with your purchase. We double check all items for defects prior to shipping. *If you receive items that are defective or different from your original order, we will exchange the items for the original items ordered or items of equal or similar value. Items must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your exchange.
Exchanges must be sent via FedEx, DTDC, and Professional Courier etc only. Vivah Cart is not responsible for items lost in return transit. Please pack exchanges with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will NOT be accepted.
You should email us a photo of the damaged product on firstname.lastname@example.org or On WhatsApp No.:+91 7339 99 7339. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Vivah Cart. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.
