Q. How to order on WhatsApp no.?
A. First select the products whatever are u want orders and send us pictures. We will check the products availability after that will inform you with availability if have in stock then will send you total amount with shipping charges and you will have to transfer total amount or deposit in bank, after transferred please send us screenshot confirmation purposes only and we will send you tracking no. next day.
Q. Details requirements??
A. May I know your name please and from where are you then I can give you exact ideas about shipping charges and delivery time.

Q. Shipping Address??
A. Please send us shipping detail – full name & address with pin code as well contact no also.

Q. Payment Method?
A. Bank transfer or Deposit, Paytm, PhonePe, Google pay etc…

Q. After Payment Done??
A. Please send us screenshots of bank transferred or bank deposit slip for confirmation purposes only. We usually dispatch Next day & will send you tracking no also. Tracking No. in hand comes within 24-hours of dispatch so please be patient and cooperate

Q. How much is the Shipping cost?
A. Please don’t worry about the shipping cost, it will be calculated according to all weight of items which you order. Normally shipping charge for India’s Customers –
Rs.100/500gm & Rs.150/kg

Q. What is Delivery time???
A. Delivery time is in 2-3 working days after done payment- (The order is usually delivered within 2-4 workdays- Depends on Location) in India.

Courier Partners- Bluedart, Trackon, Professional & DTDC, FedEx Couriers etc.

We ship your products to our courier partners within 24 hours except on Sunday and Public Holidays. Depending on the shipping address it may take 2-5 Days to receive your product.

Delivery times may be longer than usual due to festive demand. (If there is any festival near)

Q. Packing Parcels???
We wrap the jewelry with bubbles & papers and keep in plastic box & wrapped with cello tape.

It’s obvious that we will never want the piece to break in transit (the packing will be tight as no damage takes place).

Q. Payment Delayed??
If you are doing late payment transfer or bank deposit informs us because of stock issues. We can’t hold/wait your orders more than 24-hours. If you transferred without informing we are not responsible for stock, will refund your money in your bank. So informed before transfer we will check again stock availability then inform you and you can transfer or deposit payments.

Any product you ask availability if I say available and you booked I hold only 24 hours. After 24 hours please ask again Availability.

Q. What is Office Timing?
Office time – 10:00am to 6:00pm
Same day order process before 5pm. After 5pm next day I process order.

Hold your Orders?
Pieces will only be booked once payment is done. Don’t expect that we will keep products on hold for you for any reason without payment

Q. What is Return Policy?
If there is damage or broken from our side or in courier, compensation will be given not refunds. New pieces will be given.
Note: Informed us within 24-hours & damaged product should be dispatched within 48 hours & send us Tracking no. on WhatsApp@+91 7339-99-7339.

Q. What are Exchange/ Alternation?
For any kind of exchange / alteration if you are sending back any product you have to pay the shipping charges and we will send the replacement from our side or with your next parcel.
