FREE Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

We offer 10 minutes of free diagnostics service to assess the issue with your electronic device.  If the computer or phone or tablet needs to be opened up or requires more time the diagnostic fee/deposit is £35, however, it will be deducted from the final cost of the repair.

If the device can be repaired and you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is not refundable.

If we can’t repair your device or replace it we will refund your deposit.

Yes, we accept mail-in repairs. You can post it to us any mobile phones, tablets, laptops and gaming consoles and smaller electronic devices.  Contact us for instructions on how to securely send your device to us.
