Our standard warranty period is 12 months for most repairs, with some exclusions that are detailed below. Please be aware that warranty times may vary for certain repairs. If our supplier does not guarantee the functionality of a specific part, we may need to adjust the warranty period accordingly. Rest assured, we’ll inform you of any changes before proceeding.
- Some compatible laptop batteries come with a 1-2 year warranty, while original laptop battery warranties are for 3 months.
- The warranty for laptop screen replacements is 6 months.
- Macbook screen replacements have a 3-month warranty for original parts, and compatible parts can have warranties ranging from 3 to 6 months, depending on our supplier’s terms.
- Motherboard repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty.
- Liquid damage device repairs are backed by a 1-month warranty.

FREE Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
We offer 10 minutes of free diagnostics service to assess the issue with your device. If the device needs to be opened up or requires more time the diagnostic fee/deposit is £35, however, it will be deducted from the final cost of the repair.
If the device can be repaired and you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is not refundable.
If we can’t repair your device or replace it we will refund your deposit.
Yes, we accept mail-in repairs. Contact us for instructions on how to securely send your device to us.
We welcome a range of payment options, such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, Pay in 3 via our website, and bank transfers. Additionally, business customers may enjoy up to 30 days of invoicing terms.
